How it works in Flippedit
You authorise Flippedit through eBay's own sign-in. From then on the sync engine reads your sales, listings, fees and refunds on a schedule and keeps every record in step with what happened on eBay.

Sign in through eBay to grant access. Flippedit never sees your password, and you can revoke access from your eBay account at any time.
Two years on the first sync
The first sync imports 729 days of orders, fee transactions and active listings, in 90-day batches, so trends and the P&L work from day one.
When it syncs
Scheduled syncs run twice a day. Signing in or opening the dashboard or mobile app triggers another, with a short cooldown. The manual button runs one on demand.
Active listings
Title, price, quantity, SKU, category, photo and listed date. Variations are split into their own rows. A listing that ends without selling moves to unlisted inventory with its COGS.
Sold items
Order total, final value and international fees, promoted listing fees net of credits, shipping labels, buyer protection, collected tax, quantity and variation.
Reconciled every sync
Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks re-fetch the original order by ID, even weeks later. A cancelled order is removed and its COGS returned to the listing. Duplicate rows are cleaned up.
Relists keep their history
A listing you relist by hand is matched to the old record by its eBay photo, so COGS and the first-listed date carry over to the new listing ID.
eBay charges to expenses
Store subscriptions, dispute fees and return labels are filed as business expenses with a category. Fees that belong to a sale stay on the sale.
